UCA FORUM SPONSORS

The UCA gratefully acknowledges the important contribution of our sponsors which significantly contributes to the professional development and personal interaction of members. In 2021 we are pleased to continue the relationship with our sponsors ABC BeddingStarRez and Superloop WiFi and warmly welcome our three new sponsors ADES, DDSN Interactive and Griffiths Gamsat Review.

Without the assistance of our sponsors it would be extremely difficult to provide the same high quality level of benefits to our Members which include our conferences and forums.

 Introducing our Sponsors

One of our most staunch supporters is the Australian Bedding Company with Mark Dennison, Managing Director, sponsoring UCA for over 20 years and apart from our one year COVID break, he states that his company looks forward to being involved with the association for another 20 years. ABC expertise in accommodation has seen the Company successfully win the tender for accommodation furniture and electrical appliances for The Australian Defence Force Australia wide.

ADES (Alcohol & Drug Education Specialists) provide training and cultural wellbeing services to further enhance the residential experience for students.  They currently work with over 270 university residential sites across Australia and New Zealand, providing services to approximately 100,000 university students each year.  ADES have developed their own online eLearning platform, ideal for pre arrival induction, which can be customised to reflect your college culture, values and expectations. ADES customise each in person training program for residential leaders and staff, as well as customising cultural wellbeing programs that are relevant to each respective college.

ADES are also certified to deliver the accredited Mental Health First Aid courses, which can be delivered in person, blended (eLearning and in person) or virtually.  All ADES facilitators have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the university residential sector, enabling the training to be reflective of what residential leaders and staff may encounter in their respective roles.
